Rental Policies and Information

Sleeps up to 5
Rate $450.00 per week
plus 9% state and county taxes
(Saturday to Saturday)

1.	The rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday. A rental month is four weeks.
2.	A 6% sales tax and a 3% county occupancy tax will be added to all rental charges.
3.	Check-in time is 2:00 pm Saturday.
4.	Check-out time is by 10:00 am Saturday. Keys are to be returned to Louise Cole at Tumblin' Creek upon departure.
5.	Deposit - All reservations require a deposit of $100.00 per week. The remainder plus 9% tax on the total is due upon arrival. Credit cards are not accepted. Personal checks are fine. Deposits must be recieved within ten (10) days after reservation is made for us to consider your reservation complete.
6.	Cancellations - Deposit is refundable only if we were able to rerent your week or weeks. All refunds will be charged a 20% service.
7.	Pets are not allowed.
8.	Telephone - We have a telephone. We will furnish the number at reservation time. Please bring your telephone credit card or charge all calls to you home phone.
9.	Liquor - The Cashiers area is dry. The nearest beer, wine, or liquor is about 12 miles away.
